Make a Payment

 

You can pay for your course online using a credit or debit card (excluding American Express). This method of payment is instant and does not incur a bank transfer fee.

Please note this will send a request to our school and we will send a payment link to the email address entered above. The link can only be opened once, so please wait until you are ready to make payment. If you encounter any problems, please request a new link at any time or contact us at office@oxford-summer-school.co.uk

Deposit

We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure a place at our Junior Summer School. Full payment must be made at least two weeks before the date of arrival.

No place is guaranteed until it has been confirmed in writing by the Oxford School of English.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to Oxford School of English. Cancellations will incur the following penalties:

  • 60 days notice or more: no charge
  • Less than 60 days or more: 25% of total fees
  • Less than 30 days or more: 50% of total fees
  • Less than 20 days or more: 100% of total fees

For students outside the EEA, if a visa application is unsuccessful a full refund of all fees paid will be issued on production of the visa refusal letter from the UK Border Agency.

Visa and Passport copies

For students outside the EEA, we require a passport copy prior to arrival. All students (including those from the EEA) should bring their National Identity Card or passport to the School Office on the first day so that we can make a copy of their identification (all students) and visa (non-EEA students only).
